How It Works

You can contact Josie Fielding, our recruitment consultant who is based in the UK, and she will conduct an initial telephone interview to determine whether you will be suitable for our program, and to find out more about what your requirements are, e.g. what type of timescale you are looking at for migrating to Australia.

She will then arrange for you to meet her face-to-face for an Information Session (generally in London) at a time that suits you. At this session, you can ask any questions that you might have about life and work in South Australia, and discuss the moving and migration process. If you have family, we will involve them every step of the way, including finding family members jobs in other employment sectors in Australia.

Once we have your details and the kind of job you are looking for, we will start looking for a suitable position in South Australia. CREAM of the Crop will be in regular contact with you through the whole migration process, and we can welcome you on arrival in Australia and help you settle in.
