The Wave® Performance 360 online assessment enables a range of relevant individuals to rate a colleague’s performance at work. How an individual perceives themselves and how this compares to other people’s perceptions of them is a powerful feedback tool.
The report summarises responses from different raters to the 39-45 questions across a seven-point effectiveness scale. Four rate categories exist, with the option to include an “other” category. You do not have to use all 4 rater categories, you could for example have two raters – eg. the staff member and their supervisor.
A Leadership Impact 360 report is available for accredited users, is directly aligned to our 3P Leadership Impact Model which consists of the three P’s of leadership; Professional, People, and Pioneering representing the three main approaches to effective workplace leadership.
These questionnaires can be used on its own, or in conjunction with the Wave® Styles Questionnaire. When used together, it can help individuals understand the gaps between their performance and potential as a platform for utilising unfulfilled potential and realising critical areas of potential.
